Is my presence required during the house cleaning?

Your presence is not required during the house cleaning. Most of our clients provide us with the access to their houses during their absence.

What kind of services we typically do not provide?

  • doing laundry, ironing and folding
  • picking-up, removing or organizing clutter
  • washing dishes (except putting few small dishes from sink into a dishwasher)
  • cleaning toys
  • inside of fireplace cleaning

What if I need to cancel or rescheduled my cleaning?

We are aware that sometimes unexpected situations may arise. If something comes up please call the office and notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Short-time notice (less than 48 hours) will be charged a cancellation fee.

What time will we arrive?

Usually, we arrive on scheduled time. In case of unexpected circumstances, give us 15 minutes window time for arrival.

Do you clean hard-to-reach surfaces?

Our staff will only clean surfaces that are within reach, using a client-provided 2 or 3 step ladder.

Will you pull out stove and refrigerator and clean the interiors?

We clean stove and fridge interior for First Time, One Time and Move In/Move Out cleaning. We require clients to pull out kitchen appliances (stove and fridge) so we can access that area safely.

What are the additional costs for?

  • Fridge (inside)
  • Oven (inside)
  • Cupboards/drawers
  • Change bed lines/towels
  • Clean inside dishwasher
  • Balcony and porch
  • Cleaning supplies & equipment (if not provided)
  • Special requests from the Client
