Cost of regularly scheduled cleaning /weekly, bi-weekly, monthly/ is lower than the first deep cleaning, move in/move out and one time cleaning. Deep cleaning is more extensive and involves a complete rubdown with focus to the often neglected and hard-to-reach spots and therefore it takes longer than regularly scheduled cleaning and is charged hourly.
